To start listening with Amazon Alexa:

1. From within the Amazon Alexa app, select Skills from the menu.
2. Search for and enable the SiriusXM Skill from the Music & Audio category.
3. Select Link Account and enter your SiriusXM streaming username and password.
4. Usernames are CaSe SeNsItIve, so make sure the first letter is not automatically capitalized when entering usernames on a mobile device.
5. Ensure there are no spaces before or after your username.
6. Visit alexa.amazon.ca on a laptop or desktop web browser if you experience login or playback issues.
