Changing a Subscription

Changing your subscription package is quick and easy.

To change your subscription online, you must register your account. Please note that in order to register, you will need your Radio ID or Account number to complete your registration. If you do not have access to this information, chat with a Customer Care agent who will be able to help you.

If you have already registered, please log into the "My Account" section of our website and go to the My Subscriptions tab. Locate the radio/package you'd like to change and select Change my subscription from the dropdown menu. Note that you can upgrade or downgrade your package with this option.

Choose your package and follow the prompts. After choosing and accepting your new package, you'll need to request an activation signal so we can send the new channel lineup to your radio. If you're near your radio now, you can send an activation signal by clicking here. If you're not near your radio, call our activation hotline when you're ready at 1-888-539-7474. Make sure to have your ID/ESN handy.

This is important: Your radio needs to be powered on and tuned to Channel 184 for Sirius radios or Channel 1 for XM and SiriusXM radios. Make sure your antenna has a clear view of the sky before sending an activation signal.

Verifying your signal:
Simply tune to Channel 4 to verify your signal. If you hear audio, no further steps are required. If you're having trouble, chat with a Customer Care agent who will guide you through the process.
