My Account gives you a convenient and secure way to access and update your account information whenever you need to.

You can use My Account to:

- Activate your SiriusXM radio

- Review and manage your account

- Upgrade your subscription or billing term and add radios to your account

- Change the credit card on file

- View the billing history for your account

- Change contact information - Update your name, physical mailing address, email address and phone number

- Change login information - Update your username and password

You will need your Radio ID/ESN or account number to register your account online.  You can find this information at the top of many of our communications.  Click here to register yourself if you have this information. If you do not have this information, click here to chat with a Customer Care agent who will assist you.

After registering your account, visit the My Account section of the website and log in with the username and password you created while registering your account.

Please note: the mobile version of the Online Account Centre does not show detailed billing history and does not support updating your account information or login information.
