If you have never created a username or password for your account, you should register for online access. You can do that here.
If you previously registered but forgot your username or password, you can do one of the following:
If you know your username (which might be your email address), you can use the Forgot Password function to reset your password. You will need to verify your identity by answering the security questions you previously set up.
If you don't know your username (which might be your email address), you can use the Forgot Username function to reset your username. You will need to verify your identity by answering the security questions you previously set up.
If you know your account number or Radio ID (ESN), you can re-register for Online Account Centre access. This process will ask you to create a new username and password and set up three security questions.
(NOTE: Your username is CaSe SeNsItIvE if it is not an email address. Passwords are always case sensitive.)
