SIRIUSXM REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns of radios and/or accessories are accepted within 30 days of the original date on your receipt and refunds will be issued accordingly. Items for refund must be returned in original condition, complete with all packaging and accessories. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, unless in the case of a defective item or a mistake on the part of SiriusXM Canada. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be credited to the original purchasing credit card once the return item(s) has been received.
