The SiriusXM app is available on Apple TV 4th Generation and newer.

Installing the SiriusXM app on an Apple TV:

From the Apple TV home screen, open the Apple App Store.

Under Search, use the remote to type in SiriusXM, or hold down the microphone icon button (Siri button) on the remote and say "SiriusXM."

Highlight the SiriusXM app and click select (center of the touch surface on the remote).
