If you have a Sonos S1 or S2 app, please remove the SiriusXM service. This can be done by going to the Sonos App Settings > Services > Find SiriusXM and “Remove Service”.

Once this is done, then Add the SiriusXM music service back & login using SiriusXM streaming credentials.
