Yes you are able to stream SiriusXM over Alexa on Bose SoundTouch speakers.

Bose speakers do not have Alexa built in to them (like the Sonos One, for example), so you will need a SoundTouch speaker AND a separate Alexa device (like an Echo Dot) to integrate Alexa with Bose.
