Activating a SiriusXM Trial

If you purchased a new vehicle with factory-installed SiriusXM:

Your trial should be active at the time of purchase. If your radio isn't on or receiving all channels, you can resend the signal by following the instructions here or calling 1-866-635-9632 for help. You will need your Radio ID in order to send an updated signal.

If you purchased a pre-owned vehicle:

If the dealer told you your pre-owned or certified pre-owned vehicle came with a complimentary trial, the trial should be active at the time of purchase.  If your radio isn't on or receiving all channels, you can resend the signal by following the instructions here or by calling 1-866-635-9632 for help. You will need your Radio ID in order to send an updated signal.

If you purchased a vehicle and received no information about a trial:

If your satellite radio isn't on, you can try resending the signal by following the instructions here (you will need your Radio ID in order to send an updated signal). If that doesn't work, you can start a new trial by activating online or calling Listener Care at 1-888-539-7474.
